Join us for an afternoon of dance, community, and culture at the Detroit Public Library.
A beginner-friendly dance lesson starts at 2:00 PM, followed by open social dancing until 5:00 PM.
Free and open to the public.
Styles featured include: Salsa, Hustle, Bachata, and more.
About Detroit Dance Loft (DDL)
Detroit Dance Loft is the city’s premier social and partner-dance training institution and an internationally recognized leader in dance education, performance, and community development. Co-founded by world-renowned artists Marc Brewer and Rose Turuka, DDL offers one of the most comprehensive social-dance programs in the world, serving dancers of all levels—from first-time beginners to experienced professionals.
