About this Event
Join herbalist and founder of Hella Healthy Essentials, Symone Butler, for an immersive hands-on workshop exploring the nourishing world of sea moss. Participants will sip on a warm cup of herbal tea infused with sea moss gel while engaging in a grounding journaling exercise to center the mind and body.
Symone will guide you through the history of sea moss gel, its health benefits, and the many ways it can be incorporated into your daily routine. You’ll also experience a live demonstration on how to prepare sea moss gel from start to finish, with opportunities for volunteers to assist in the process.
Each participant will take home a small jar of freshly made sea moss gel, a complimentary herbal tea blend, and a journal and pen to continue your personal wellness reflections.
