November 8th, 9th and 10th from 9am-5pm Our All Abilities Yoga Workshop is for Yoga Teachers and Healthcare Professionals who want to support students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through breath, sound, mindfulness and movement.
+Learn Guided by Humanity's All Abilities sequence that includes:
Breathing Techniques, Sound, Mindfulness Activities, Social Emotional Skills and Accessible Yoga Poses
+Discuss medical and anatomical considerations that will help keep students safe/r
+Practice and implement teaching accessible yoga poses to support a diverse group class setting
Who is this workshop for?
This 24-hour workshop is for Certified Yoga Instructors or those currently enrolled in a yoga teacher certification program; as well as Healthcare Professionals who work within the IDD community
+This workshop meets the requirements for Yoga Alliance continuing education credits
