This workshop is an invitation to become alive – to shake off what you do not need anymore, to dance freely, to feel your body and connect with like-hearted people.

When you SHAKE, you allow your senses to expand, your breath to deepen, your feelings to integrate and your nervous system to relax.
When you DANCE FREELY, you can find your own rhythm, your pulsation, your original flow.
When we move TOGETHER, something powerful happen: our energies meet, our hearts open and we give space to real presence and connection.
And, in the end we have TIME to HANG OUT, so that we may enjoy these heartfelt connections. Come and join!

What to Bring: It is best to wear comfortable, loose clothes. Bring a water bottle.
How to get there: Parking: Free parking on the weekend The building is 10 minute walk from Sloterdijk Station (tram, train, metro) and few minutes by car from the Ring A10 exit S2. The entrance is at the left side of the building.
