About this Event
______________________
For centuries, women were taught to shrink.
To be modest.
Contained.
Palatable.
Too loud? Too much.
Too powerful? Dangerous.
Too wild? Inappropriate.
And yet…
Something ancient is stirring within you.
An undeniable remembrance.
That your body is not a problem... she is a temple.
That your emotions are not a weakness... they are guidance.
That your wildness is not chaos... it is holy.
ALIVE is an invitation to reclaim your truth... and live from it.
What This Is
A guided, immersive evening of sisterhood, somatic attunement, movement, and embodied reclamation.
A space to step out of your mind and back into your body.
To set down the armor.
The over-responsibility.
The people-pleasing.
The constant holding.
To regulate your nervous system.
To feel again.
To reconnect with your sensuality and inner authority.
Throughout the evening, I will guide you through subtle energy activation and embodied practices designed to help you listen to your body, understand what you are feeling, and trust what you desire.
Together, we will explore ancient wisdom, feminine movement, archetypal energies, and the sacred intelligence of the body.
If a Rumi poem became a movement practice, this would be it.
Holy. Wild. Devotional. Alive.
You will be invited to soften, to play, to express, to feel... all of you.
This is a space where:
You don’t need permission to take up space.
You don’t need to perform power.
You don’t need to be anyone but yourself.
You can cry.
You can laugh.
You can roar.
You can scream.
You can rest.
This practice meets you exactly where you are.
Please see the agenda below for specifics.
What This Is Not
Not a dance class.
Not a performance space.
Not about looking good or doing it right.
Not for anyone else.
This is for you.
Your sensation.
Your experience.
Your relationship with your body.
Your reclamation.
Why It Matters
Because your body is where your power lives.
When you return to her, you return to:
• Your intuition
• Your truth
• Your boundaries
• Your magnetism
• Your creative aliveness
The world is loud. Fast. Demanding. Constantly pulling for your attention.
When you are disconnected from your body, you are easily taken off-center.
When you return to her, you return to your power.
From that place, you can hear your intuition clearly.
You can feel what is true.
You can move through your life, not from urgency or fear, but from embodied knowing.
Your body is not something to fix.
She is your greatest ally.
And it's time to come home to her... and revel in all of her ancient mysteries.
Final Invitation
If you’ve been feeling dull…
An ache for depth…
A quiet spiritual hunger…
A longing to feel more alive inside your own skin…
This space is for you.
If something in you feels the pull, beyond needing to fully understand it...
Trust it.
That is where your wisdom lives.
Your body knows.
She always has.

Agenda
🕑: 05:45 PM - 06:00 PM
Arrival + Grounding
Info: Guests arrive in a softly held, intentional space.
Music will be playing. The room will be dimly lit and prepared for comfort.
You will be invited to settle in quietly, finding your mat, setting up your blanket, and taking a few moments to arrive in your body.
This is a gentle transition from the outside world into presence.
Light connection is welcome, but this window is intentionally spacious, allowing your nervous system to slow down before we begin.
We will start promptly at 6:00 pm.
🕑: 06:00 PM - 06:30 PM
Opening + Intention
Info: We begin by establishing a grounded and sacred container for the evening.
I will share my personal journey into embodied reclamation, the lineage of wisdom that informs this work, and why restoring our relationship to the body matters — both individually and collectively.
Together, we will clarify intentions for the space and orient to the deeper purpose of the practice:
To remember the body as sacred.
To reclaim power through presence.
To restore the connection between intuition, aliveness, and divinity.
This opening grounds the experience in context, safety, and shared intention before we move into embodied exploration.
🕑: 06:30 AM - 08:30 PM
Guided Embodiment Experience
Info: • Introduction and container guidelines
• Co-regulation and grounding practice
• Gentle energy activation
• Guided self-attunement and body listening
• Embodied movement exploration with curated prompts
• Optional sisterhood witnessing in your power and expression
🕑: 08:30 PM - 09:00 PM
Integration + Closing
Info: We complete the evening with guided integration and grounding.
You will be invited to rest, reflect, and notice what shifted within you — physically, emotionally, energetically.
Through gentle journaling prompts and optional sharing, we anchor the experience into conscious awareness so it can translate into your everyday life.
We will close the container intentionally, honoring what was reclaimed, what was felt, and what is continuing to unfold.
