Aline versucht, den gegenwärtigen Moment mit Poesie und Humor einzufangen, verpackt in zeitlose Country-Melodien. Ihr Songwriting ist originell und raffiniert und orientiert sich an inspirierenden Songwritern wie John Hartford und Lucinda Williams. Mit ihren offenen Texten zieht sie den Besucher in ihren Bann und kann mit ihrer einzigartigen Stimme eine ganze Geschichte in einem Satz erzählen. Inspiriert von Künstlern wie Emmylou Harris und Gillian Welch erklingt der Geist der alten Country-Musik in ihrem Gesang und Songwriting und wird durch eine moderne Dosis Americana aufgepeppt.
Aline trat beim Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival in Austin, Texas, beim Tiny Lights Festival in Ymir, British Columbia, und beim Woodstove Festival in Cumberland, British Columbia, auf. Sie trat bei der Folk Alliance International (2025) und Your Roots Are Showing Ireland (2024) auf und tourt regelmäßig durch Kanada und Europa. Im Sommer 2025 wird sie ihre erste LP „What the Ocean Said to the Beach“ veröffentlichen, die von einer vierwöchigen Tour durch Deutschland, die Niederlande und die Schweiz begleitet wird.
Aline aims to capture the present moment with poeticism and humor all wrapped up in a bow of timeless country melodies. She is original and cunning in her songwriting and lends a nod to ever inspiring songwriters such as John Hartford and Lucinda Williams. Drawing you in with her candid lyrics she can tell an entire story in one sentence with her unique voice. Inspired by the likes of Emmylou Harris and Gillian Welch the spirit of old time country music rings loud in her singing and songwriting and is uplifted with a modern dose of Americana.
Aline has performed at Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival - Austin TX, Tiny Lights Festival - Ymir BC, Woodstove Festival - Cumberland BC. She has showcased at Folk Alliance International (2025) & Your Roots Are Showing Ireland (2024) and tours frequently across Canada and Europe. She will be releasing her first LP “What the Ocean Said to the Beach” in Summer of 2025 which will be accompanied with a four week tour in Germany and The Netherlands and Switzerland.
