About artists
The Alinde Quartet has been invited to prestigious festivals such as the Verbier Festival, Aldeburgh Residencies, Chamber Music European Meetings in Bordeaux, and the Mozartfest Würzburg. In the summer of 2018, they participated in the Chamber Music Residence at the Aix-en-Provence Festival. With great success, the quartet has also performed at the Konzerthaus Berlin, WDR Funkhaus Köln, and the Kölner Philharmonie.
The four musicians had the opportunity to study under two chamber music giants: Professor Günter Pichler (Alban Berg Quartet) at the "Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia" in Madrid and the previous year with Eberhard Feltz at the "Hanns Eisler" Musikhochschule in Berlin.
Further inspiration comes from significant figures such as Sir Prof. András Schiff, Ferenc Rados, Ida Bieler, András Keller, Tabea Zimmermann, Alessandro Moccia, Erich Höbarth, Natalia Prischepenko, Christoph Richter, and Richard Gwilt. However, never finished with learning and seeking, they remain curious and open to new twists and worlds. And so, since 2018, the four have been working and studying with Rainer Schmidt (Hagen Quartet) in Basel.
