NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET: A Journey into Deep Relaxation

Step into a sanctuary of stillness where your mind, body, and spirit can truly exhale. This immersive experience is designed to recalibrate your nervous system and guide you gently back to center.
We will begin with Intentional Breathing to soothe the mind and awaken the parasympathetic system — the gateway to true rest.
Flow into A Gentle Restorative Flow, this will be a meditative lymphatic & MFR activation to recalibrate with your body’s innate rhythm and releasing stagnant energy with ease and grace.
Close with a deeply immersive Sound Bath, bathing in harmonic frequencies that anchor your spirit and ground you into the present moment.
This is more than just a class — it’s a nervous system ceremony. Come as you are, leave as your most grounded self.

During the soundbath, you'll be surrounded by the gentle vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal bowls and chimes, as they create a symphony of relaxation. Let the stress melt away as you find tranquility. As we release, we make room for all that we desire & require! We will conclude with A Manifestation Visualization, to have you call in your Manifestations, Power And Embody Your Higher Selves!
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. The yoga studio will have blankets, bolsters. If you prefer your own, feel free to bring your own as well 🤍
