Join us in the Yoga Mama'Z Studio for this 6-week exploration designed to cultivate balance, awareness, and intentional living—both in your practice and your daily life. Each week, we’ll focus on guiding principles that help you connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Through mindful movement, reflection, readings and discussion, you’ll discover ways to live with integrity, kindness, discipline, and gratitude.
This course is based on the book, "The Yamas & Niyamas...Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice," by Deborah Adele. The content, based on ancient teachings, is practical, relatable and applicable to our modern world living.
Each session combines gentle, inspiring movement and real-world practices to help you live more consciously, nurturing a sense of harmony, purpose, and groundedness.
By the end of six weeks, you’ll have tools to create a life that feels even more aligned, vibrant, and authentic...on the mat and beyond.
