This practical, grounding workshop is for sensitive, high-capacity women who tend to absorb other people’s stress, overthink decisions, and push themselves until burnout. This workshop offers an introduction to the core tools from the Aligned Expansion 12-week Reset.
In this paired-down experience you’ll learn mind and body-based tools to build your awareness and gain clarity on your energy leaks, steady your nervous system in real moments of pressure, and keep moving forward even when emotions wobble. The practices are simple, practical, and designed for real life—not something you have to “get right” to benefit from. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately in work, relationships, and daily life.

Danielle Pascale is the Founder of Lily Pad Yoga and Wellness, an LCSW, Therapeutic Yoga & Mindset Life Coach, and a sound healing and breathwork practitioner. Danielle's 20+ years of experience and passion for teaching, movement, and helping others afford her a wealth of knowledge and expertise to utilize creatively in helping her clients and students.
