By attending our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Overview The Aligned and Rising Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering that includes:
Breathwork - Hypnosis Meditation Sound Healing - Connection with other women.
The event is facilitated by Ashlea and Rebecca, both of whom are certified Master Practitioners of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnosis.
2. Participant Requirements
Age: This event is for women aged 18 and over.
Health and Well-being: Participants are responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the event. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about participating in activities such as breathwork, hypnosis, or meditation.
Disclosure: If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under treatment for mental health concerns, please inform the facilitators in advance to ensure your safety during the session.
3. Registration and Payment
Spaces are limited to 15 attendees per event.
Your spot is confirmed only upon full payment of the event fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the payment.
4. Confidentiality and Respect
Safe Space: The Women’s Circle is a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing and connection. Attendees are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Behaviour: Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. The facilitators reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if necessary.
5. Liability
Participants attend the event at their own risk. The facilitators are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during or after the session.
Activities such as breathwork and hypnosis may bring up emotional responses; participants are encouraged to engage only to the extent they feel comfortable.
6. Media and Recordings
Photos and Videos may be taken during the event. Participants must provide explicit consent if they don't agree of the use of their photos for promotional purposes, such as social media or marketing.
7. Changes to Events
The facilitators reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered a reschedule or refund.
