About this Event
Event Description
As women of color, we’re often taught to pursue success and stability in our careers, but rarely given space to ask if our work and workplace is truly supporting us. With over 300,000 Black women having exited the workforce in the last year, a collective shift is happening. We are no longer just seeking jobs; we are redesigning what career and fulfillment look like on our own terms.
This intimate 90-minute workshop is designed to help you pause and reflect on your career experience.Together, we’ll explore how the work environment impacts our well-being, what alignment really looks like for you, and how to begin shaping a path that feels more supportive, meaningful, and sustainable.
What We’ll Explore
- Identify how our core values and personal philosophies impact the careers we choose.
- What “ideal” and enjoyable work means for you
- Practical strategies to navigate or shift your current experience

- A guided reflection template guide + note-taking materials
