Aligned & Centered: Yoga Through The Chakras

Join us for a 7-week yoga journey all about connecting deeper with the most important person, yourself. We’re creating a safe, intimate space to explore your inner world through the seven energy centers of the body. Each week, we’ll focus on a different Chakra, moving gently and tuning in to our breath to release blocks and restore balance.

• Week 1: Root (Muladhara) Chakra
• Week 2: Sacral (Svadhisthana) Chakra
• Week 3: Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra
• Week 4: Heart (Anahata) Chakra
• Week 5: Throat (Vishuddha) Chakra
• Week 6: Third Eye ( Ajna) Chakra
• Week 7: Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra

Please bring your own mat, blocks and a blanket are great if you have them.
I'll have a limited set of mats and props to borrow on a first come first served basis.
