Full Payment: all registrations must be paid in full by June 30th. Payment plans accepted.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any reason after June 30th
Travel: Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements. The event organizers are not responsible for any travel related costs, delays, or cancellations.
