*Gentle Movement & Alignment – Explore how your feet, spine, and everyday posture affect comfort and mobility. Learn simple adjustments that help your body move more freely in daily life.
*Mindful Breathing – Discover how your breath impacts tension, posture, and stress. Small shifts in breathing can create big changes in how your body feels.
*Cacao – Enjoy a warm, heart-opening cup of cacao to relax and transition from movement to stillness.
*Sound Bath – Lie back and let the vibrations of symphonic gongs, quartz crystal, and Himalayan bowls guide you into deep relaxation, helping your nervous system reset and restore.
