Align & Receive is a space to pause in that in-between, to set down what you’ve been carrying and open yourself to what’s ready to emerge.
You’ll be invited to lie comfortably on a mat, close your eyes, and simply receive.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the body can release tension, the mind can soften, and the nervous system can reset.
This experience will be led by Sabrina Alicea, a gifted musician and seasoned sound healer whose work is both intuitive and precise. Using crystal singing bowls and a range of instruments, she creates a layered, immersive soundscape that you feel deeply.
As the sound moves through your body, it helps clear what’s been held and restore natural flow, supporting clarity, alignment, and a deeper sense of personal power.
There’s nothing to figure out. Just arrive… and allow.
