As soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments wash over you, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance. Whether you're setting resolutions or simply seeking peace, this sound bath will create the perfect space for reflection, renewal, and elevation.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in sound waves. The sound waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, the human voice itself, & more. The sound waves don't necessarily have a catchy melody or rhythm like you may have experienced at a concert or listening to the radio but, instead, they are a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones aiming to help ease listeners into relaxation and help balance their energy.

Time: 6:30pm to 8:30pm - Please plan to arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled in.
Cost: $30+tax to $40+tax Sliding Scale
Location: Offered in Nepean (Ottawa) close to the intersection of Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be provided by email after booking.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, and please wear comfortable clothing.
Two couch spots are available for anyone less mobile and unable to lie on the floor.
