Align and Design: A New Years Workshop 🎉Start 2026 with clarity and intention! Join me on Saturday, January 24th, from 6-8:30 PM for a special evening designed to align your mind, body, and soul.
What to expect:
✨ A centering meditation to ground and inspire clarity
✨ Gentle stretching to ground and align the body, moving with intention
✨ Warm beverages and Gluten and dairy free Refreshments to nourish the body and soul
✨ Vision board creation to design your dream year (all supplies provided, just bring your exercise mat!)
This workshop is a beautiful way to combine mindfulness, movement, and creativity as you step into the new year. Ive created a vision board for several years now snd had so much fun and great feedback from last years workshop we’re doing it again.
