This experience weaves together intentional movement, breath focused practices, and moments of stillness designed to release tension, quiet the noise of everyday life, and support realignment from the inside out. The pace is unhurried and accessible, allowing you to move in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding.
Each session also includes a short reflective Bible study that helps connect Scripture with what the body is experiencing. This creates space for the Word to move beyond understanding and into lived experience, shaping how we breathe, move, and rest.
Align and Abide is not about doing more or pushing harder. It is an invitation to pause, listen, and receive. You are welcome to participate seated, standing, or resting as needed. Come as you are and move at your own pace.
This gathering is for you if you are longing for rest, seeking deeper alignment with God, or desiring a space where faith and embodied practices meet in a gentle and grounded way.
