About this Event
Join us for an empowering afternoon designed to make you feel strong, confident and connected.
We’ll start with a feel-good Pilates warm up to get the body warm and build awareness through movement, before heading into a practical women’s self-defence workshop led by a guest instructor. You’ll learn simple, realistic techniques in a supportive and beginner-friendly environment- absolutely no experience is needed!
Followed by a grounding Pilates cool down to help you reset, unwind and leave feeling empowered from the inside out.
We'll then have some social time after to enjoy some overnight oats freshly made by The Maughans (a local cafe) and meet new people and create new connections.
Expect good energy, great people, confidence-building movement and an atmosphere that’s welcoming, uplifting and fun. Whether you’re coming solo or bringing a friend, this is your sign to try something new and invest in yourself.
