Join me, Alice Fisher Coaching, for a body doubling session. This involves completing tasks in the presence of other people to help boost focus, accountability and motivation... which makes it far easier to achieve!

As a late-diagnosed ADHD-er and ADHD UK ambassador, I understand! Before my diagnosis, trying to motivate myself to work on overwhelming or boring tasks felt impossible, and often lead to a shame spiral: why couldn't I start and finish things easily?

Now I'm a certified Life and Personal Development Coach, I strive to create neuroaffirming spaces for students and clients... starting with (the scientifically backed) body doubling for those less exciting/creative tasks.
