This immersion is open to anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of yoga as a mindful, embodied practice and to integrate it into daily life. This immersion counts as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education for certified yoga teachers.
ALEX PEREZ is a yoga teacher and a licensed medical doctor. He uses his profound anatomical and physiological knowledge to adapt his guidance to the unique physiognomy of each of his students, herewith creating a safe environment for all to freely express their body wisdom through movement. Alex teaches workshops, trainings and festivals internationally. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
