EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
In Floral Resilience: A Journey Through Adversity, flowers stand as vivid symbols of survival, beauty, and the human capacity to grow amidst adversity. Just as flowers bloom in the harshest conditions, individuals affected by trauma and hardship discover ways to heal, adapt, and flourish. The works explore the delicate interplay between fragility and strength, showing how moments of vulnerability can become the very foundation for resilience and transformation.
This evocative collection of paintings reflects Ljubicic’s personal journey as a refugee and highlights themes of resilience, adaptation, and the enduring strength of the human spirit, causes passionately supported by Polished Man. As an ambassador for the organisation, Ljubicic channels his experiences into his work, creating a powerful dialogue that aligns with Polished Man’s mission to empower communities and amplify voices that are too often unheard.
PROCEEDS FOR A PURPOSE
