ALEC Sound Bath Experience
This will be a most unique hour-long sound bath experience blending the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments with the expressive tones of live violin tuned to 432 Hz. The violin weaves gentle melodies through the resonant tones of the bowls, creating a soothing soundscape designed to support deep relaxation and presence. This sound experience is enhanced by the EESystem in our Light Room which generates a multi-dimensional energy field designed to support overall balance and well-being. When combined with intentional sound, the space becomes a powerful container for relaxation, reflection, and energetic reset. Participants will settle comfortably into zero-gravity chairs and leather recliners, allowing the body to fully relax while being surrounded by a layered field of resonant sound.
