is an electroacoustic musician blending fingerpicking with field recordings, effects, and live processing. His work explores the intersection of music, movement, and nature, integrating sounds from diverse travels and intercultural collaborations. Passionate about technology and natural elements, Alec also creates soundscapes for dance and theater, crafting immersive experiences that highlight the beauty of detail and connection.
An experienced educator, Alec has taught guitar, music theory, and band coaching at various institutions. He enjoys creating dynamic, hands-on workshops that encourage students to experiment with sound and express themselves musically.
In addition to his musical career, Alec is passionate about contemporary dance and has contributed sound design to theatre and dance performances. He is also the co-founder of Synaptic Body, an innovative art project with Lucía Callén, combining Butoh dance, cutting-edge technology, and immersive, multi-speaker sound experiences.
In 2018, Alec founded Fly Studio, a unique recording studio and concert venue in Brussels designed to nurture creativity in musicians and performers alike.
When he’s not making music or designing sound, Alec enjoys photography, long-distance mountain hiking, and experimenting with new culinary creations.

Seminar Shadow is a duet whirling in a seminar (sonic) shadow, dancing themselves in continuous inconsistency between being and becoming. Their music is influenced by experimental music, noise, jazz, rock, metal, and folk music (Czech, Isan/Morlam). The music varies according to the places they play, such as Roulette Intermedium in New York and The LAB in San Francisco. They have released their first album Heatwave on Dear life Records in 2023.
Teerapat Parnmongkol is an artist, musician, poet, and audio engineer born in Sakon Nakorn, Thailand. Based in Brooklyn, New York City. Parnparnparnparn.tumblr.com
Lucie Vítková/Luc Vitk is a composer, improviser, and performer (accordion, hichiriki, synthesizer, harmonica, voice, and dance) from the Czech Republic, living in New York. Their compositions focus on sonification, while in their improvisation practice, Lucie works with the characteristics of discrete spaces through the interaction between sound and movement. In Luc’s recent work, they are interested in the social and natural environment.
