About this Event
Alcohol-Free Workshops - Milton Keynes
These free workshops are part of the Dryy Impact CIC Alcohol-Free Accelerator, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
They are designed for people who want to improve their wellbeing, reflect on their relationship with alcohol, and build healthier habits before things reach crisis point.
The sessions are delivered live by Matt Pink, founder of Dryy Impact CIC, also known as Better Life Guy on Instagram. Matt lives in Milton Keynes and has a strong personal commitment to supporting the local community through open, preventative wellbeing spaces.
This is not therapy, rehab, or a support group.
It is a practical, preventative workshop focused on awareness, connection, and positive next steps.
