Tento víkendový workshop je hlbokým ponorom do pohybovej praxe Movement Medicine. Ústrednou témou workshopu je archetyp Zranený liečiteľ.

Medicína Fénixa je jadrom Movement Medicine. Tancujeme s archetypom „Zraneného liečiteľa“ v nás, aby sme priniesli radikálny súcit, odvahu k uzdraveniu a zdieľaniu našich darov.
Často tým, že prinášame zdroje a liečivú silu do miest v nás, ktoré potrebujú starostlivosť, objavujeme ďalšiu úroveň zlata našej duše. Táto hlboká alchýmia nám môže umožniť prevziať zodpovednosť za svoj život a žiť ho v súlade s naším najhlbším zámerom.
Objavte silu svojej vlastnej medicíny, zakorenenej v pradávnej somatickej múdrosti, Gestalt terapeutických princípoch a najnovších poznatkoch neurovedy. Movement Medicine nás učí prijať svoje rany, priniesť im súcit a nájsť cestu k sebaprijatiu a sebaurčeniu.
Workshop prebieha v angličtine s tlmočením do slovenčiny/češtiny.
Čo je Movement Medicine?
Je to učenie, ktoré vyvinuli Susannah & Ya’Acov Darling Khan počas 30 rokov štúdia a praxe s mnohými učiteľmi a tradíciami po celom svete, od polárneho kruhu po Amazóniu, vrátane 18-ročného štúdia u Gabrielle Roth (5 rytmov), Gestalt psychoterapie, rodinných konštelácií a spolupráce s Pachamama Alliance. Spája radosť z voľného tanca, hĺbku pohybovej meditácie a šamanskú prax.

This weekend workshop is a deep dive into the practice of Movement Medicine.
The central theme of the workshop is the archetype of the Wounded Healer.
Whatever our individual or collective wounds may be, we all carry within us the power to transform them into gifts—for our own lives, for others, and for life itself.
Phoenix Medicine is at the core of Movement Medicine. We dance with the archetype of the "Wounded Healer" within us to bring radical compassion, courage to heal, and share our gifts.
Often, by bringing resources and healing power to the places within us that need care, we discover another level of gold in our soul. This deep alchemy can enable us to take responsibility for our lives and live them in alignment with our deepest intention.
Discover the power of your own medicine, rooted in ancient somatic wisdom, Gestalt therapeutic principles, and the latest findings in neuroscience. Movement Medicine teaches us to accept our wounds, bring compassion to them, and find a path to self-acceptance and self-determination.
The workshop is conducted in English with interpretation into Slovak/Czech.
What is Movement Medicine?
It is a teaching developed by Susannah & Ya'Acov Darling Khan over 30 years of study and practice with many teachers and traditions around the world, from the Arctic Circle to the Amazon, including 18 years of study with Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms), Gestalt psychotherapy, family constellations, and collaboration with the Pachamama Alliance. It combines the joy of free dance, the depth of movement meditation, and shamanic practice.
