🖤 Grief is our greatest teacher, a sacred guide leading us home to Divine Love — reminding us that we came here to fully experience our humanity, to feel it all, and to allow even the most uncomfortable emotions to move through us in grace.
In a world that teaches us to suppress, avoid, and “stay strong,” the pain of grief often gets buried deep in the body — until it begins to speak through symptoms: fatigue, chronic pain, autoimmune flares, headaches, depression, anxiety, or the quiet craving to numb through distraction, work, or addiction.
But grief is not here to destroy you.
It’s here to wake you up to the sacredness of feeling everything.
🌬 In this ceremonial grief circle, you’ll be held in:
