Discover how to hit the breaks in your dancing—emphasizing musical accents, surprising beats, and lyrical pauses with clean isolations and playful pops. You’ll learn how to play with timing, energy, and contrast (including fluid transition!) to make your dancing feel more musical, intentional, and FUN.
The class will move fast and will start on time, so ARRIVE 10-15min EARLY to dive right in!

*The Berkeley Alembic does not allow outside shoes or any shoes with heels. Flat inside dance shoes are allowed, but you may want to bring socks also for maximum spin-nability!
