Alchemy Free Flow at Spirit Rising Studios, Maple Ridge, BC

Alchemy Dances are safe spaces to dance freely, as you are, in all of your perfect imperfectness.
This is a dance without form, steps or choreography where you are free to surrender to the natural flow of your body. Without judgement. Feel the sweet liberation of movement as you are embraced within this safe, nurturing container.
This is a dance with your soul where you’re safe to be messy, to allow your body to tell a story, to feel, to remember, to let go and allow the medicine of music to release you from your mind and into your essence!

Alchemy Free Flow begins with a gentle guided warm up and trusts your intuition to take you from there to wherever you need to go on your journey.
We’ll close with a half hour sound bath and short sharing circle.
What to bring:
Dress in layers, comfortably
Water bottle
There are blankets that can be used for the sound bath, but feel free to bring whatever you need to be comfortable.
