Alchemy Theatre is extremely excited to announce AUDITIONS for the beloved musical THE WIZARD OF OZ - Directed by Nora Ankrom, with Music Direction by Mark Smith and Choreography by Fiona Reynolds.There are TWO different auditions days:
1 for Kids (2nd grade - age 17) on Wednesday, April 22nd at 6PM
1 for Adults (18 and up) on Wednesday, April 29th at 6PM
EVERYONE MUST SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT ON THOSE DAYS!
There are GOOGLE FORMS to fill out for the different time slots available on the auditions dates. Once those times slots are filled, they will no longer be available and you must choose a different time slot. This is true for both kids and adults.
WHAT TO PREPARE (for both KIDS & ADULTS):
Please prepare a 1-to-2-minute monologue and 30 seconds of a song. An accompanist will be provided (just bring your sheet music), or bring your own recording to sing with.
Also, please be prepared to learn a short dance number.
