Hello Albany County Provider Community!
Thank you for registering for a tour. There will be numerous tours scheduled on each date. Please invite your provider teams to sign up through this event page. Staff will have the opportunity to visit Albany County Homeless Shelters, Sheriff's Homeless Improvement Program, IPH Community Connections , Department of Social Services and learn about Albany Outreach Van, Homeless and Traveler's Aid Society, Coordinated Entry, SOS Team, as well as Domestic Violence Services in Albany County!
