Come explore Albany, the capital of New York State, with Empire State Capital Volkssporters, walkescv.org, choosing a 5k or 10k pre-designed route, passing many of the magnificent buildings of NYS, over city streets and sidewalks. All walkers must sign in and pay the $4 walk fee between 1:00-1:25. Walk starts at 1:30. Bring water, a hat and sunscreen. Come walk with us!
