Miki Vysohlid a native of Japan and a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher with advanced training in Pranayama (Yoga breath) and meditation. As a mindful outdoor guide, she leads Yoga-based hikes and kayaking sessions at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She brings a beautiful and unique blend of her cultural and spiritual practices into her pursuit of holistic wellness.
