Join us for three unforgettable evenings of music, collaboration and inspiration at the iconic café Roux.Taking place on 20th, 21st and 22nd April 2026, each show begins at 19h00 and promises a completely unique experience. Every evening features a different line-up of performers, so no two nights are the same. Our social media platforms will share the official line-ups closer to the event.
Tickets are R150 per person, per night.
INSPIRE THE NIGHT is more than a showcase — it is a celebration of artistic growth, teamwork and community. Each student performer is accompanied by fellow ALAS musicians, making every piece a true collaboration. The journey leading up to the stage is one of dedication and shared effort — rehearsals filled with preparation, refining, polishing and mutual encouragement.
Throughout this process, students build not only their technical skill, but also meaningful musical relationships within the ALAS community. They learn to listen, support, adapt and grow together — experiencing first-hand the power of ensemble work and creative partnership.
Audiences can expect a rich and varied musical experience — from powerful contemporary performances to delicate classical moments, layered harmonies and expressive interpretations. The programme reflects the individuality of each performer while celebrating the strength of ensemble work.
Prepare to be moved, surprised and transported as each performer brings their unique voice and story to the stage — supported by their peers beside them.
