Avishay is a prominent attorney specializing in privacy and data security. Avishay holds a PhD with a specialization in Law & Technology. He is one of the founders of the Israel DPO Forum and serves on the advisory board of the Israel Tech Policy Institute. In addition, he regularly lectures on legal and internet matters, privacy, and cyber regulation. He previously served as an in-house data protection officer (DPO) for Amdocs Group. This experience gives Avishay a unique viewpoint and allows him to provide clients with comprehensive practical guidance on complying with artificial intelligence and data protection regulations and in building and implementing global privacy programs. In April 2023, Avishay was selected by Tech12 as one of the nine most influential legal experts in the Israeli high-tech sector.
Ben is a legal expert and leader specializing in Cyber-Security, AI, AI ethics and responsible uses, Cloud Computing, Privacy and ‘Anything Tech’. In his current role at Microsoft, Ben serves as National Technology Officer, contributing to Microsoft's long term plans and investments in the Israeli market, national scale infrastructure projects, driving key policy discussions and insights on cutting edge technologies such as AI and cybersecurity, and building strategic relationships with key technology, business, and economy stakeholders, policy and society partners, regulators, and strategic customers. Ben is also an academic lecturer at Reichman University’s M.A. in Law, Technology and Business Innovation program and a PhD candidate. Based on his rich industry experience, tech background, and versatile expertise portfolio, Ben shares a unique market perspective helping to bridge the gap between technology rapid development pace and the slowly adapting regulatory landscape.
Victoria is a data protection and privacy London based lawyer who advises organisations from all sectors on all aspects of compliance with privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, AI and digital regulation touching information. She regularly supports businesses with their approach to data governance and risk mitigation when launching new products or services, and frequently manages multi-jurisdictional data protection projects for clients seeking workable and pragmatic solutions. Victoria is a member of the IAPP's Privacy Faculty (providing training) and holds CIPP/E and CIPT status as well as being a regular speaker at IAPP conference workshops. She has contributed to chapters in the CIPP/E textbook and has written an e-learning course for PDP on international data transfers. She has been recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers.
Avishai is recognized as one of the leading data privacy professionals in Israel. Avishai is a dual-qualified lawyer (Israel & UK) who started his career in Israeli and English law firms, subsequently joining a consultancy practice offering data protection officer services to some of Israel’s most prominent tech companies. Avishai is the founder & CEO of TrustIZ, a boutique consulting practice, where he provides data privacy & AI regulatory advice to global tech companies. Avishai holds several privacy credentials from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Fellow of Information Privacy, awarded to privacy professionals who have demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of privacy laws, privacy program management and essential data protection practices, and have gained considerable on-the-job experience helping organizations navigate through and remain current with the complexities of the privacy industry. He frequently writes and speaks, in various forums, on matters relating to data privacy and AI regulation.

The 4 sessions will take place in alternating locations - two at Microsoft Israel, one at Barnea and one virtual. Your participation in person is important in order to facilitate fruitful and meaningful participation. Remote attendance in the in-person sessions will not be possible and those sessions won't be recorded.
