Akron BEACH Yoga!

What better way to start off your week than an afternoon at the beach?!?

And what better way to start off your afternoon at the beach... than with a guided yoga practice in the sun?

Portage Lakes State Park Beach in south Akron Ohio, on Rt. 93... it's closer than you think.

Donate-as-You-Wish. Just be there!

Traditional grounding, energizing and healing vinyasa, pranayama, (breath/energy techniques) and a little meditation -complete with sun and sand!

All ages and experience levels welcome; each session is tailored to whoever shows up.

Bring your yoga mat blocks and/or beach towel/blanket... or not. I usually prefer to practice right on the sand with the sun on my skin.

At the east end of the beach BY THE BOAT DOCKS, volleyball nets and trees. After class stick around for the beach, hiking/running trails, disc golf, dog park,, picnicking kayaking/boating/SUPing... This place is a hidden gem.
