We will practice silence after the last class every evening and until after the first class every morning to encourage inward connection.
There will be plenty of time for connection and laughs with each other aswell!

The investment is €475 which includes 2 nights accommodation, all classes, workshops, sauna & all meals except for Saturday lunch- you will have free time before sauna to hike/relax/explore & grab lunch.

Each class includes Pranyama (Breathwork) Meditation, Asana (postures) Mantra, Yoga philosophy & Relaxation to support you emotionally, spiritually, Energetically & physically.
