This sound bath is a sacred return — not just to your lineage, but to the youngest parts of you who learned to survive inside it.

With the support of the Akashic Records and the healing resonance of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls, we will enter a timeless space of remembrance. A space where you can gently meet the child within, untangle ancestral imprints, and become the safe, loving presence they always needed.

We begin with intention. I will open the Akashic Records for our group, connecting us to the soul memory that lives beyond conditioning and survival.

From there, you’ll lie down and receive a deeply restorative sound journey woven with high-frequency Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls, chimes, and elemental sounds. These frequencies gently regulate the nervous system and create safety in the body — the foundation for inner child healing.

I’ll guide you into connection with the younger version of you who still holds emotion, memory, and unmet needs. You may experience tears, warmth, imagery, release, or a profound quiet.

There is nothing you need to force.
Nothing to relive.
Only space to be held.

We close with grounding, gratitude, and integration.

This is about completion.
Cleansing.

Entrance: From Hastings Street, go up the stairs at “The Enterprise Center” (left of Anytime Fitness, across from Green and Oak). Take your first left after the stairs and walk down the hall to the studio on your right.

• Yoga mat (contact us if you’d like to reserve one to rent)

Doors open at 7:20 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in. The session begins at 7:30 PM and doors close once we begin. Late arrivals cannot be admitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund

*Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in.

Doors open at 7:20pm. The session starts at 7:30pm and we cannot let you in once the sound bath has begun (No refunds or credits for latecomers).
