Technique 1 mixed) Verticality and stability of the axis to gain control in movement.
‘We will work on how dissociation unlocks and activates the capacity for movement through exercises that touch the limits of the axis, thus generating awareness of stability and reaction.’

Technique 2 mixed) The body as an instrument.
‘We will explore how our body must adapt to rhythmic changes, understanding step sizes, heights, weights, breathing and reaction.’
👉To participate in the MILONGAS, no reservation is required. You can go directly to the evenings and pay the membership fee on site.
