ATTENTIONPlease read the following important details regarding our game days. Remember booking in advance is essential:
1) Rental equipment is available via pre-booking if required.
2) Players MUST pre-book to play by sending either a Facebook direct message or an email to [email protected].
3) On your booking please include the day/s you would like to play and you must include your name and telephone number. If you are doing a group booking you must provide all players names.
4) We will take all bookings on a first come first served basis (based on message received time).
5) We will acknowledge all bookings to confirm you are booked in.
6) Please do not turn up at the site without having pre-booked and received your acknowledgement from us.
7) When arriving at the site, please ensure you familiarise yourself with the measures we have put in place for your own safety and listen carefully to the Marshalls on site who will provide instruction for you all to follow.
8) Make sure you bring the correct cash on the day, we do not have card facilities in the woodland. Prices are:
•£20 for members, £25 for non-members, £45 rental package
•BBs £10 per kilo
9) We will take all payments and orders for bbs at the start of the day.
10) Please ensure you bring your own refreshments for the day.
11) Please ensure you take all your rubbish away with you at the end of the day.
