Join Sierra in the sacred practice of elemental dance embodiment! This month, we will be focusing on the air element, using both guided & intuitive movements to deepen our connection to the air & our bodies. Air is directly linked with the Heart Chakra (Anahata) The energy center which governs our sense of love, compassion, empathy & forgiveness. When this energy is blocked, we feel anxious, insecure, unworthy, emotionally detached, & problems may begin to form in our relationships. When it’s balanced, we are able to love unconditionally, find deep understanding and connection within ourselves and others, & create lasting inner peace.
Air is the element of freedom. By connecting with this element we learn how to release what no longer serves us, engage in curiosity, adapt to the changes of life, & open the heart and mind!
This is a space to come home to yourself, guided by the wisdom of nature & the power of intentional movement.
