Friday - Meet and Greet 4:30-10 pm
Sat - Go play and see the sites
6:00 - 10:00 pm (Dinner) - BBQ
Sunday - Brunch
We also discussed locations for lodging and accommodation! Attentively we are looking at an home in the area; ie the culture will be like a family gathering at home!
Cost (meals and T Shirt) is tbd - dependent upon #s A cost/person will be noted soon after a tentative confirmation is received; (<$150.00)
