We offer three ways to participate:
- Full Two-Day Experience (April 16–17) – Includes optional overnight lodging
- Thursday Evening Experience Only (April 16) – Dinner and evening events
- Friday Sporting Clay Tournament Only (April 17) – Tournament day experience
Whether you join us for the full overnight experience, Thursday evening festivities, or Friday’s clay shoot, your participation directly supports holistic, trauma-informed care—helping children and families experience safety, healing, and hope through .
This is more than a sporting event.

Overnight lodging is optional and space is limited.
Thursday | April 16, 2026 (Optional Evening Experience)
- 6:00 PM – Welcome Cocktails
- Chef-Prepared Dinner

Friday | April 17, 2026 (Sporting Clay Tournament Day)
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – All Participants Gather
- 9:30 AM – Shotgun Start
- 12:00 PM – Lunch, Awards & Live Auction

Option 1: Full Two-Day Experience (April 16–17)
Includes:
- Overnight lodging in on-site cabins (limited availability)
- Thursday evening cocktails, chef dinner, private auction & activities
- Friday breakfast, sporting clay shoot, lunch, awards & live auction
Best for: Guests wanting the full retreat-style experience.
Option 2: Thursday Evening Experience Only (April 16)
Includes:
- Cocktails, chef-prepared dinner
- Private auction & evening activities
- No overnight lodging included
Best for: Local guests or those unable to attend Friday.
Option 3: Sporting Clay Tournament Only (Friday, April 17)
Includes:
- Breakfast & lunch
- Sporting clay shoot and tournament experience
- Awards, raffles & live auction
Best for: Shooters attending for the main competition day.
