About this Event
Winter Kick-off Day is a two-hour onboarding event designed for new AIESEC in MRU members. It includes a welcome, networking icebreaker, and an introduction to AIESEC’s purpose and culture. Members are introduced to their teams and participate in a team-building activity to build connection and collaboration. The session also features interactive case studies from different functions to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills. Leadership stories offer real insights into member growth and challenges. The event concludes with clear next steps, communication channels, and expectations to ensure members feel supported and ready to engage.
