Caracole's Cincinnati AIDS Walk + 5K/10K Run 2024Join us for this “Day-Before-The-Eclipse-Edition” of our most popular family FUNdraising event benefitting Caracole!
This year there are a couple of ways to get involved:
April 6: Pre-Race Spaghetti Dinner
Join us for our first-ever Pre-Race Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, April 6 from 5:00–7:00 PM at Calvary Episcopal Church! Carb up with a mess of spaghetti with all the fixins’ to fuel your run the next day, spend a little time with friends before the race AND raise funds for Caracole’s mission. This event is open to the entire community, not just race participants! Purchase the dinner only, or choose as an add-on option when you register for the race event. All meal prices —$10 per adult and $6 per youth (ages 19 & younger)—include beverages and dessert too!
April 7: AIDS Walk + Run Day
Registered participants can walk or run the 5K route (3.1 miles) at beautiful Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum. For runners looking to go the extra mile(s), you can register for our 10k route (6.2 miles). In addition to adult registration, we also have youth rates (ages 19 and younger) for the 5K course as a walker or runner,and the 10K course as a runner. No matter which registration option you choose, you will receive an event t-shirt and pride in knowing that you are helping the HIV+ and at-risk communities!
All proceeds for both events go toward our mission to positively change lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS through prevention, housing and care.
