About this Event
Stop drowning in PDFs. Start getting answers.
Event Description:
You've heard the buzz about AI — now it's time to actually use it.
In Session 2 of our hands-on AI Workshop Series, we're diving into NotebookLM, Google's free AI-powered research tool that works exclusively with your own documents. No hallucinations about things it "thinks" it knows. No random internet data. Just your files — turned into summaries, FAQs, study guides, quizzes, and even audio overviews in minutes.
Whether you're a consultant managing client research, a team leader drowning in reports, or a professional who just wants to get smarter with your documents faster — this session is built for you.
In this 90-minute hands-on workshop, you'll:
- ✅ Set up your first NotebookLM notebook and upload real source material
- ✅ Ask AI questions grounded in your documents (not the whole internet)
- ✅ Generate summaries, briefing docs, FAQs, and study guides on the spot
- ✅ Explore advanced features: mind maps, quizzes, flashcards, and audio overviews
- ✅ Walk away with a workflow you can use Monday morning
This is Session 2 of our ongoing AI Workshop Series. Missed Session 1 (AI & Understanding Large Language Models)? No problem — we'll do a quick 5-minute recap so everyone starts on the same page.
What to bring:
- Your laptop (required)
- A Google account (free — gmail works)
- 3–5 documents from your own work (PDFs, Word docs, or links) — OR use our provided sample pack
Who this is for: Business professionals, consultants, team leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and anyone who works with documents and wants to work smarter.
