• A simple “Stay Current” operating routine using credible experts and PMI-aligned thinking (so you stop chasing random AI hype)
• Accountability support: monthly check-ins for 4 months to keep you progressing after the lab
You will leave with a clear next-week plan (what to automate, what to keep human, and how to keep your artifacts current).
