Meet the Experts
Erica Hanna is a six-time Emmy Award–winning video producer, director, and speaker with 20+ years of experience helping brands and nonprofits tell unforgettable stories. She’s the founder of Puke Rainbows, a Minneapolis-based production company focused on heart-centered, narrative-driven content.
Her clients include Prince, Target, AARP, Bravo, and Black Voters Matter. After co-founding a generative AI startup in 2022, Erica now focuses on teaching others how to use AI and video in creative, ethical, and empowering ways.
Known for making complex ideas feel human and approachable, Erica brings energy, insight, and a little fun to everything she creates.
Ryan Peña is a senior marketing leader at NMDP, where he leads recruitment marketing strategies focused on audience growth, digital engagement, and innovation. With experience across healthcare, higher education, retail, and nonprofit marketing, he’s known for combining creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to drive measurable results.
Greg Swan is a senior marketing leader who fuses creativity, emerging technology, and cultural insight to drive integrated strategies for brands of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500s. As Head of Futures & Transformation at FINN Partners, he leads creative and digital programs rooted in consumer insights, social media, content strategy, and PR. Ask him about his fax machine. Seriously. Ryan is especially passionate about the practical use of AI in marketing and operations, helping teams use emerging technology to work smarter while keeping the human connection intact. Known for his approachable leadership style and forward-thinking mindset, he brings a real-world perspective on how AI is reshaping marketing, business, and the future of work.
