Dive into the world of artificial intelligence, screen time habits, and how they can enhance or paralyze developing superhuman powers in youth. We will be discussing proven methods to:

Protect and improve youth mental health
Ensure academic success & real engagement in the classroom

At the end of the workshop parents and youth advocates will have the tools to:

Construct a digital detox or media safety plan to guide activity, time, and sleep priorities
Set your child up to be a self-sufficent and confident young adult with the means to support themselves with healthy, attainable goals to live independantly
